القيادة الإبداعية لمشاريع التصميم العربي
Practise leading the decisions that shape Arabic design projects. Work through briefing, team roles, critique and stakeholder conversations, with attention to cultural context, language integrity and the consistency of the final design.
A creative brief, decision matrix, critique agenda, responsibility map and practical action plan for one project. No designed artwork is required.
Art directors, senior designers, creative leads, design managers and communication leaders who commission or supervise design.
Bring an anonymised project situation; willingness to participate in discussion and role-play. No specialist software is required.
10 teaching hours. In person: two days of 5 teaching hours plus 60 minutes breaks per day. Online: four sessions of 2.5 teaching hours plus 15 minutes break.
A room arranged for small-group discussion, screen, whiteboard, host support and an agreed anonymised brief. Online breakout capability is useful.
Case scenarios, critique and decision templates, facilitated simulations and individual action-plan feedback.
Tables of 3–4 for role-play. Protect discussion confidentiality and avoid collecting real personnel-performance data.
Adapt to an in-house team, agency or commissioning department. A five-hour masterclass is possible with briefing and critique only; it needs a separate reduced outcome statement.
These programs are arranged for institutions, organizations and commissioned groups. Dates, language, participant profile and final scope are confirmed through an enquiry.
